1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the oja89 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. oja89 applies a strict 21+ policy consistent with responsible gaming best practice in the Indonesian market. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and for the duration of your account. The Platform is designed and operated specifically for Indonesian players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, and all other regions of the Indonesian archipelago.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal restriction — whether by court order, self-exclusion agreement, or any other mechanism — that prohibits you from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the oja89 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5. Own Name and Funds: You must register and play under your own true identity. You may not use a shared, false, or borrowed identity. All deposits must originate from a payment method — bank account, e-wallet, or card — registered in your own legal name.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money products on the oja89 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Notify oja89 promptly of any changes via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
2. Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. oja89 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, notify oja89 support immediately. Any actions taken using your credentials before you notify us of a security breach will be treated as actions taken by you.
3. One Account Per Household: Only one Account is permitted per household address, per device, and per IP address. Shared IP addresses (e.g., from a shared internet connection) may require additional verification. oja89 uses technical and manual review procedures to detect duplicate accounts and will take enforcement action — including account suspension — where multiple accounts are identified.
4. Account Security: You must take all reasonable steps to prevent third parties from accessing your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. oja89 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

oja89 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) program as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming. KYC verification may be required at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at oja89's sole discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits and/or withdrawals, confirming ownership by the Account holder.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large transaction volumes, oja89 may request documentation confirming the lawful source of funds used for betting activity.

Until KYC verification is completed to oja89's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. oja89 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise from a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oja89 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

oja89 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

Deposits are credited to your Account balance as quickly as technically possible, typically within a few minutes of confirmed receipt by oja89's payment system. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated at any time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. oja89 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where a security review is underway.

oja89 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and to conduct additional verification checks where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity. Any balance found to have been obtained through prohibited means may be voided and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

oja89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn). The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligibility: Each promotion may specify eligibility criteria — such as minimum deposit amount, qualifying payment methods, or specific game types. It is your responsibility to verify your eligibility for a promotion before opting in.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may hold only one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
4. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, sportsbook bets, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
5. Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or time window within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
6. Abuse Prevention: oja89 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus or promotion winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or any other conduct that oja89 determines to be exploitative of the promotion system.
7. Promotional Calendar: oja89 schedules promotional campaigns around significant events in the Indonesian calendar, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia World Cup qualifiers. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published at the time the promotion is made active.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the oja89 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), e-sports) are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform.

1. Bets Are Final: Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and staking has been deducted from your Account balance, that action is final and cannot be reversed, except at oja89's sole discretion where a technical error or obvious pricing mistake is identified.
2. Obvious Errors: oja89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds, on an event that has already started or concluded (where applicable), or on a market that was published in error. Any winnings derived from such bets may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Match Integrity: oja89 cooperates with sports integrity bodies and event organizers to protect the integrity of sporting competition. Any account suspected of involvement in match-fixing, insider trading, or other integrity violations will be immediately suspended and relevant information may be shared with competent authorities.
4. Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other platform disruption during a game round or live betting session, oja89's system records of the session state at the point of disruption shall be treated as conclusive. oja89 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed outcomes fairly but is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
5. Responsible Use of Funds: Players are responsible for managing their own Account balance. oja89 provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits and loss limits — to support informed and controlled play. See Section 13 (Responsible Gaming) for details.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oja89 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the financing of criminal activity.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit the bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading, or coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of sporting outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to oja89 immediately and will be voided.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with oja89.
• Allowing or facilitating another person — including a minor — to access or use your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oja89 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, access control, or responsible gaming measure implemented by oja89.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the oja89 Platform — including but not limited to the oja89 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and audio — is the exclusive property of oja89 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in this Agreement confers on you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without oja89's prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

oja89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and the improvement of the oja89 service.
• All data is stored and transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. oja89's security infrastructure is reviewed regularly against international data security standards.
• oja89 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform caused by events outside oja89's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services integrated with the Platform (e.g., live data feeds, game studio software, payment processing gateways).
• Any decision made by you to place a bet or engage in a game session, regardless of outcome.

In all cases where oja89's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By oja89: oja89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• oja89 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified.
• oja89 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• oja89 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A Player is identified as being under 21 years of age.

Upon permanent closure for breach, any remaining Account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by oja89 for non-breach reasons (e.g., business decision to exit a market), any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

12.2 By the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting oja89 support via live chat. Before closing, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

13 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction under which oja89 holds its operating license. oja89 is licensed and regulated internationally as a remote gaming and sportsbook operator.

For the avoidance of doubt, oja89 does not make any representation that the Platform or its services comply with the domestic laws of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. oja89 accepts no liability for any consequences — legal, financial, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted.

Any dispute between you and oja89 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by oja89's licensing authority.

15 Amendments

oja89 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, oja89 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players — typically via a notification in your Account dashboard or by email to your registered address — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect. The most current version of this Agreement is always available at oja89.ws/terms-conditions, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.
